Speaker Appearance Agreement
This Speaker Appearance Agreement is between Bloomstack Corp. ("Organizer") and Speaker Name ("Speaker") for participation in The AI Epidemic: Building For Life Summit ("Event").
1. Event and Session
Event: The AI Epidemic: Building For Life Summit (virtual)
Date: June 11, 2026, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Speaker's Session: One Spotlight Talk of approximately 15 minutes plus an optional 5 minutes for Q&A, scheduled at a mutually agreed time between 11:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Final session time confirmed in writing at least 10 days before the Event.
2. Compensation and Promotion
This is an unpaid speaking engagement. In place of a fee, Organizer provides:

Promotion of Speaker's book(s), organization, or designated offering(s) in Event marketing materials

Complimentary virtual exhibitor space for Speaker's company or organization, if applicable

Five (5) complimentary Professional Passes for Speaker to allocate at their discretion

A unique 50% discount code for Professional Passes that Speaker may share with their network, with periodic redemption reporting

Promotional assets (suggested copy, graphics, registration links) to support optional sharing
Sharing the Event with Speaker's audience is encouraged but not required.
3. Content and Recording Rights
Speaker retains ownership of their original content, slides, and materials.
Speaker grants Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to record the session and to use, edit, display, and distribute the recording (in whole or in part) for the Event itself and future Organizer events, marketing, and educational materials, in any media now known or later developed.
Organizer may use Speaker's name, likeness, biography, and organization logo in Event materials, websites, email campaigns, and social media in connection with this Event and related Organizer offerings. Organizer will not materially alter the substance of the session in post-production without Speaker's consent, except for edits related to length, clarity, or technical quality.
Speaker is responsible for ensuring any third-party material used in their session has appropriate permissions and does not disclose confidential or restricted information.
4. Technology and Logistics
The Event will be hosted on the Gatherly virtual platform. The Gatherly team will reach out directly to Speaker to schedule a brief tech check and platform walkthrough at a time that works for them, ideally on or around June 5, 2026.
Speaker agrees to use a reasonable-quality microphone, camera, and internet connection during the session.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation
If Speaker becomes unable to participate due to illness, emergency, or other serious conflict, Speaker will notify Organizer as soon as reasonably possible, and both parties will work in good faith to reschedule within the Event window or identify an appropriate replacement.
Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Event for reasons beyond its control. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages arising from rescheduling or cancellation.
6. Speaker Representations
Speaker represents that the session content will be based on their own experience, expertise, or properly licensed material, and will not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights or be defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
7. Miscellaneous
Speaker is an independent contractor, not an employee of Organizer, and is free to provide speaking and consulting services to other organizations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding this engagement. Amendments must be in writing (email confirmation is acceptable) and agreed to by both parties.
